Return Eligibility

Returns are only accepted under the following condition:

  • The product delivered is damaged at the time of delivery.

Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Returns will NOT be accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Size issues

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Product misuse

  • Any request made after 7 days from delivery

After 7 days from delivery, no returns will be accepted under any circumstances.

Return Conditions

  1. The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.

  2. Customers may be required to provide proof of damage (such as photos or videos) to initiate the return request.

  3. Veyo Commerce reserves the right to inspect the returned product before approving the refund.

Refund Process

  1. Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected by the company.

  2. The product must be received back in good condition with original packaging and accessories.

  3. Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe.
